Terms and Conditions – Mines Game Pakistan

Welcome to Mines Game. By accessing or using the Mines Game platform at minesgame.biz — whether through a web browser, mobile browser or any other access method — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Mines Game platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and Mines Game (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). They apply to all services offered on the Mines Game platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, fishing games, esports betting and all other gaming and wagering activities available on minesgame.biz.

To register and use the Mines Game platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Mines Game does not permit registration or participation by anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be using the platform on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as an agent, proxy or nominee.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Mines Game platform or subject to a cooling-off period.
• You must have only one active Mines Game account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of Mines Game or any affiliated company.

Mines Game reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point during your membership. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or other documents. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. This is a standard anti-fraud and age verification measure and applies to all players.

When registering a Mines Game account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a secure password.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Mines Game account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be confiscated.
• Accurate information: You must not provide false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or at any point during your account's existence. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. Mines Game will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of compromise: If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, notify Mines Game support immediately via support@minesgame.biz. We will suspend your account pending investigation to protect your funds.
• Account currency: All Mines Game accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in PKR.

Mines Game reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

Mines Game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposit rules:

• The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own limits.
• Deposits are credited to your Mines Game account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Mines Game is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing systems.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Mines Game does not accept deposits from credit cards for gambling purposes beyond what is permitted by applicable card network rules.

Withdrawal rules:

• The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your Mines Game account details.
• Mines Game targets withdrawal processing within five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank.
• Before processing a withdrawal, Mines Game may request identity verification documents if your account has not previously been verified, or if the withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold requiring enhanced verification.
• Mines Game reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms and Conditions, pending investigation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used for deposits, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.

The following rules govern all betting and wagering activity on the Mines Game platform:

• Minimum bet: Rs 200 on any single market or accumulator.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmation reference number on your bet slip. Bets shown as "pending" in your bet history without a confirmation number have not been accepted.
• Odds: All odds displayed on Mines Game are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds that apply to your bet are those shown at the point of confirmation, not those displayed when you first added a selection to your bet slip.
• Void bets: Mines Game reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were clearly erroneous due to a technical error, data feed malfunction or manifest pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account in full.
• Match postponements: If a match or event is postponed before it starts, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. If a postponed event is rescheduled within 48 hours, bets may be carried over to the new date — this will be confirmed on individual markets.
• Abandoned events: If an event is abandoned after starting, settlement follows the official result as declared by the governing body. Specific rules for partial-event settlement (e.g., completed innings in cricket, completed halves in football) are detailed in our sport-specific rules.
• Live in-play betting: Live bets are subject to market suspension during significant in-play events (goals, wickets, red cards). Bets placed immediately before or during a suspension that capture a price reflecting an outcome already known to the bettor may be voided at Mines Game's discretion.
• Maximum payout: Mines Game reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on specific markets or events. These limits will be displayed on the relevant market when applicable.

From time to time, Mines Game may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets or other incentives to new and existing players. The following general rules apply to all Mines Game promotions:

• Each promotion will have its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits and eligible markets or games. These terms will be published alongside the promotion at the time it is offered.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and personal use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, arbitrage or any other means — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension.
• Mines Game reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not disadvantage players who have already accepted a promotion and are in the process of meeting its requirements in good faith.
• Bonus funds and free bet winnings are separate from real money deposits. Withdrawal requests will first be processed against real money balance unless the bonus has been fully cleared according to its wagering requirements.
• Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, a player may participate in any single promotion only once per household, device or IP address.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Mines Game platform and will result in account suspension, balance confiscation and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information at any stage.
• Using the Mines Game platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any other criminal enterprise.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or markets.
• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers or any other non-human access method to interact with the platform.
• Accessing the platform using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions where such restrictions are in place.
• Threatening, harassing, abusing or using offensive language towards any Mines Game employee or support agent.
• Engaging in any form of systematic advantage play that is intended to exploit the platform rather than engage with it in the spirit of recreational gambling.

Mines Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and Mines Game. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, Mines Game collects the personal data necessary to operate your account, process PKR transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud and meet anti-money laundering obligations. We do not sell your data to third-party marketers. All data is stored on secured, encrypted infrastructure. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, download, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the Mines Game platform or its content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mines Game's liability to you is limited to the amount of funds held in your Mines Game account at the time of any claim. Mines Game is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, data transmission errors or any other circumstances beyond Mines Game's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your own failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Losses arising from incorrect information provided by you at registration or during your use of the platform.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or from prohibited conduct.

Mines Game makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform access. Mines Game will not be liable for any losses during unavoidable downtime periods.

Mines Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other criminal conduct.
• Registering while under the legal age of 18.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false identity or payment information.
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses, pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities.
• Abusive behaviour towards Mines Game staff or other platform users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held and not accessible during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, Mines Game may confiscate some or all of the account balance in accordance with the specific nature of the breach. If no breach is found, full access and balance will be restored.

You may close your Mines Game account at any time by contacting support@minesgame.biz. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding any unconverted bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Mines Game reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published at minesgame.biz/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — Mines Game will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, where possible, with reasonable notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Mines Game platform following any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw your balance.
