Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay wallet deposits are credited to your Mines Game balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits typically arrive within one to two hours, though some banks can take up to four hours. Card deposits are usually instant but may take up to 15 minutes depending on your bank's processing time.
Mines Game does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank or card issuer — may apply their own transaction charges. First, wait the expected processing time for your payment method. If the time has passed and your Mines Game balance has not been updated, take a screenshot of your payment receipt showing the transaction ID and amount, then email it to support@minesgame.biz with the subject line "Missing Deposit". Our team will trace the transaction and credit your account manually if confirmed — typically within one to two hours of your report.

Log in, go to My Account > Withdraw, select your preferred PKR payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or card), enter the amount and submit the request.
